Industry Inspectors Visit Zhuliyuan to Review Precast Components & UHPC Materials
29 July 2025 – A group of industry specialists and project partners conducted an on-site inspection at Zhuliyuan’s production base, focusing on the firm’s precast structural components and UHPC (Ultra-High Performance Concrete) materials for construction applications.
The visit opened with a conference room discussion: Zhuliyuan’s team presented product specs and application cases via a laptop, while attendees exchanged views on material matching for upcoming projects. Later, the group moved to the factory yard, where they examined stacked precast reinforced components—Zhuliyuan’s technical staff explained the parts’ structural design and load-bearing performance tailored for large-scale construction.
In the production workshop, the inspectors closely reviewed packaged UHPC cast-in-situ floor mix (branded “OPUS FORMA”), inquiring about material durability, production consistency, and on-site construction adaptability. They tested the packaging integrity and confirmed the products meet industrial quality benchmarks.
A lead inspector commented, “Zhuliyuan’s precast components and UHPC materials align well with modern construction’s efficiency and quality needs, fitting large infrastructure project requirements.”
Zhuliyuan’s technical director noted that feedback from this inspection will refine product details. The firm plans to deepen collaboration with project parties to expand the application of its high-performance construction materials.
